Who doesn’t like Chocolate Chip cookies?
Who has problems or issues with the way their Chocolate Chip Cookies turn out?
The answer to that last question is usually “no worries”… because chocolate chip cookies are so good, it doesn’t matter if they are too crisp, too thick, too flat, too fat, too burnt, too gooey, or too anything.
At least that has always been my experience with chocolate chip cookies.
However, if you are looking for a particular chocolate chip cookie, perhaps the tips below can help you achieve the desired result for your cookies.

Below are examples of cookies that are not perfect…in someone’s eyes at least. I like them all. 🙂
I would eat any of them and then eat some more.

If you are having your chocolate chip cookies turn out like any of the “problems” below, and would like to correct that “problem” try the solutions suggested.
As I said earlier in this post….I have made chocolate chip cookies just like all the cookies above with so called problems. I happen to like the cookies that spread out and I like the extra crisp cookie. I also like a chocolate chip cookie that is chock full of nuts and chocolate chips.
I think that would be the only type of chocolate chip cookie that I would feel had “problems”…a cookie without a lot of chocolate chips!
I am ready to go make chocolate chip cookies right now….with lots of chocolate chips.
And real butter.
And really good quality chocolate chips.
And a good vanilla extract….no imitation vanilla.
And did I say lots of chocolate chips?
