You can add any seafood you would like, such as crab legs, mussels, clams and any other veggies you like. Also, you can pre-cook (or par boil) the potatoes if you feel they might need it. My yukon gold potatoes were very small and I cut them in half. I did lightly brown my kielbasa as I didn't have any andouille. I also added a sprinkle of paprika for color.
