My dear readers, I don’t know where the days have gone but it will soon be the 4th of July and I decided to take a look at some of my past 4th of July decorating photos.
So I searched through old photos and cracked myself up at some of my decorating.
I have always used throw pillow covers…and have I told you how handy and space saving these covers are.
And I store them in a drawer where I can see at a glance just what I am looking for.
But sometimes I forget the way I used them and it is kind of fun to see what has gone before.
Sometimes! LOL
I really should have used the small pillow in between two larger pillows on the photo above.
What was I thinking?
Plus, that love seat is in storage now and two chairs have taken it’s place.
The photo above has kinda wimpy decor…isn’t it odd how we love something and then years later see the error of our ways? LOL
I have since replaced the wood finish end tables….and some have gone into staging on flip houses or they are in storage.
I do like the old white ironstone pitcher of red, white and blue carnations… a couple of flags tucked in would be nice. LOL
The sad thing is i still have all the decor items seen in all the photos….don’t know if that is a good or bad thing. LOL
I guess one can’t go too wrong with Sand Castles and shells!
I am going to dig a little deeper into my photo file…Heaven only knows what I will come up with.

Kari, photos from the past are always hilarious! Did I really think that hairstyle looked good, did I really wear that, did I actually paint the room that color? It is a part of our history (LOL)! and it makes for lots of laughs! Happy Sunday my friend!
