Wow!
I mean double wow!
I watched the Kentucky Derby and was shocked that there was such drama.
For those who did not watch the fastest two minutes in sports, let me fill you in.
The favorite and winning horse did not win after all as a legal protest was filed immediately after the race was over.
The winner was finally decided after 20 minutes of instant replays and the decision was the second place horse was declared the winner.
Not because it was a photo finish, but because the original winner, (jockey and horse) moved into the wrong “lane” and caused other horses to almost fall.
The cameras were showing fans and those placing bets scrambling to pick up their torn up tickets scattered on the floors.
Whew!
Let Us Talk Party Links!
My first choice is Rachelle Rachelle at my hubbard home with her beautiful flowers.
To Rachelle: Thanks for thee lovely tour of your gardens and suggestions on what type of plants to place in our garden plots.
Second Feature
My second choice is from Katie at Let’s add sprinkles. with her West Indies tips on decorating.
To Katie: I live in a tropical climate and love the inspiration you gave us. You are so right British Colonial or West Indies decor being a combination of coastal and nautical and a style all it’s own.
Third Feature
My third choice is from Marsha at the little yellow corner store
To Marsha: Lady bugs are my favorite, so I was instantly drawn to your lovely tablescape and all those little red lady bugs. What a delight to see all your great ways to make them.

Wasn’t that the most strangest Kentucky Derby ever?!? And now the winners owner is appealing… so what happens if they overturn their decision? Everyone will have to bring back their money??? Yea right! Oh my goodness!!! Unbelievable!
Your choices were fabulous! I went over to each and saw their incredible posts. Beautiful!
Thank you for hosting my friend!
