Well, sports fans…tonight the Chiefs play the Denver Broncos at 8:30 p.m. I have to admit that I am a little concerned for them. The Broncos have a seasoned quarterback in the form of former Indianapolis Colts…Peyton Manning! The Broncos are 8-1 and have a very good team. Do I think we can beat them? Yes, I do… but everyone knows that on any given Sunday…any team can lose no matter how good they are! So, I hope the defense and the offense show up for the Chiefs tonight and of course I will be cheering them on! Good Luck Kansas City…you are going to need all Players and Coaches on top of their game in Denver this evening. GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!

No, Peyton was drafted by Indianapolis (out of Tennessee)and has played there his whole career….His neck injury kept him out of the NFL his last season with the Colts. He is having ankle issues right now and was questionable to play but the Broncos said Thursday that he would play. Don’t know who you might be thinking of…Joe Montana? He really didn’t help the chiefs at all.
Lenny Dawson had a pretty good record but he was way back when Hank Stram was the coach…and when the Chiefs were the Texans. :)The rest of the KC quarterbacks were mediocre at best.
Kari, if I’m not mistaken Peyton Manning once played for the Chiefs, and he didn’t help them win. Correct me if I’m wrong. The Broncos need the whole team and not just Manning. Go Chiefs! Wink!
