Celebrate Your Story # 161

Are you all exhausted from all the prep and presentation of your Christmas celebration?

Well, guess what dear friends…we have one more celebration…New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day

Unless, Unless, you are going to do like the Captain and I are doing…we have decided to celebrate New Years Day with the traditional Black Eyed Peas, and a lobster dinner for two in front of the fireplace….watching sports and parades.

And if it is Monday…It is link party time and I picked this beautiful plaid Christmas on the front porch from Jody at Southern Seazons

It starts with a welcome wreath at her front door and goes to the plaid elements on her bench and urns.

So pretty.

Chloe picked Debbee’s of Debbee’s Buzz New Year’s Eve Tablescape with the cute little penguin salad plates.

I love penguins and many years ago, I fell in love with the “March of the Penguins” movie/documentary.

Way to go Debbee….great tablescape.

And the most clicked on link was from Pennys Treasures as she showed us her Christmas home tour for 2018.

You all liked her pink Christmas decor…and I have to agree too.

  1. Lovely feature, Kari! That wreath is amazing! Happy New Year (and I did the same as you, sans the black-eyed peas, lobster, fireplace, AND hubby! LOL! Okay, I stayed in. like you!)
