Mixed Berry Salad is as simple or as complicated as you would like it to be.

Presentation is important and finding special ways to serve simple foods is all it takes to allow the cook to shine.

This mixed berry berry salad consists of three kinds of berries and a small amount of sugar.  You may use any berry or fruit to achieve the same result.

Ingredients
  1. Strawberries, hulled and sliced or chopped
  2. Blueberries
  3. Blackberries
  4. Raspberries
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar.
  6. Use proportion of berries to your taste.
Instructions
  1. Mix strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries together in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar and let set for 20 minutes
  3. Scoop into serving bowl and serve
  4. .
Notes
  1. Recipe makes as many servings as you have fruit. Your choice as to fruit and quantity.
